These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services provided by Sightline Software LLC (“Sight Line RF,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

The service

Sight Line RF provides RFID-first inventory management software for federal firearms licensees, including scanning, recordkeeping, label printing, and related tools.

Early access

Our services are currently offered on an early-access basis. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the services are provided “as is” without guarantees of availability, performance, or specific results during this period.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Upload malicious code or interfere with other users’ use of the services.

Regulatory compliance

Sight Line RF is a tool to help you manage inventory and records. You remain solely responsible for your own compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including ATF requirements and 27 CFR Part 478. We do not provide legal or regulatory advice.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors own all rights in the services, including software, content, and trademarks. You retain ownership of the business data you enter, and you grant us the limited rights needed to provide the services.

Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sightline Software LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
